I have decided to create a new hashtag ~ #f450, it stands for; ‘fit for fifty’ and is my personal campaign to shape up for my 50th year. If anyone else out there would care to join in I would be immensely happy. You don’t need to be 50 to try, but I will attempt to blog about what I am up to as part of my campaign. Today I managed a one hour swim fit session and a 1 mile dog walk… tomorrow, now the snow has cleared, I can get back out on the bike.
